i originally made this top because our family was going to costa rica for a week, but when we had to cancel the trip because of thunderstorms and rain, i thought i had wasted time creating this. coming out of my dissapointment was diffICULT, but i found a new use for this garment. it has now become my summer of fun top. not only do the colors reflect my personality, but when i wear it, i’m not sad for long. this is created out of 27 granny squares and each square was very easy to make after i learned the ropes.
